We are a small online company, whose main purpose is to create, maintain, and operate Online Games in the Sci-Fi genre.
We take pride in the intuitive game play features we develop for our assets, and strive to make our products equally availible to all members of the online community.
Who is Magellan Corp?
Magellan Corp is a short version, of the full name Magellan Online Games Corporation.
Magellan Corp is responsible for the funding, development, and operations management of subsidiary projects. Magellan Corp is currently only working on 1 public project, known as Magellan Wars.
What is Magellan Wars
Magellan Wars is a Massive Multiplayer Online Strategy Game (MMOSG.)
In Magellan Wars, a Player takes control of an Empire, choosing between 6 races. The player is faced with options ranging from the design of ships, economic development of the planets in their Empire, and advanced combat plans.
Players group together in ”Councils.” These Councils compete to defeat the evil Galactic Empire.
Players can buy small bonuses to progress faster in the game, or gain small advantages.
Currently, development plans allows up to 10,000 players can compete against each on other a Server (the physical online location from which the game is operated) to win the game.
Who are the people behind?
Magellan Online Games Corporation is spearheaded by James Ellis, Steven Lee Cormier, and David Rosengaard Jensen.
James Ellis is the Chief Programmer on projects managed by Magellan Corp.
Steven Lee Cormier is the Chief Web Designer, managing the websites and layout of Magellan Corp and it's subsidiary project websites.
David Rosengaard Jensen is the Director of Magellan Corp, and oversees budget management, funding, financial control, and creative development of subsidiary projects.
